We at A1 Executive Estate really get in to the specifics, if we are selling a property. Every property needs its own special attention! An apartment in Leiden or Amsterdam needs a total other approach then, for instance, if we sell a castle.

Of course we make luxurious brochures with all possible information, but we also advertise on International websites, we work pro-active, go and find people at companies in the vicinity and talk to the Human Resource Managers of companies. We send them the brochures, invite people over for the property and they immediately see our very nice FOR SALE signs when they drive up to the property.

We inform people in the neighborhood, so if they might have friends, relatives or colleagues that they know of, wanting to move, they can give them our brochures. It might sound as a waste of time, but it is one of the features that really works very well som times. And we do not want to miss out on any possible buyer!

Still, with all this, we work NO CURE – NO FEE!!!

For the special properties, we can make a film production, print that on DVD with voice overs in several languages and send them to our contacts around the world. (see one of our movies of one of the castles under the button SPECIALS). We have contact with very good editors, camera- and production companies. You might be surprised how easy that can be arranged.
