When A1 Executive Estate has a property to rent out for you, we go all the way.

We make every effort to find good tenants for you, for the right price and a good period!

We want to have responsible people in properties, after all, the real estate needs to add value over the years, not decrease in value!
Our advise to you: Better take the time and really find good people, then to rush into things.
85% of our clients are hard working Expatriates and at the level of responsibility they work, they have little time during office hours. Also when people come in from other countries, planes do not keep up with the Dutch 9 to 5 office hours: they come in 24/7!

That is why we work after hours several days a week and several week ends per month. 
Very few companies in The Netherlands are available after hours, but we are!!!

We advertise your property on several International websites, keep in touch with a lot of H.R. Managers and with almost all the other brokers in The Netherlands. We go out there and send out the luxurious brochures we provide with information on your property.
The other real estate agents know us and if they are looking for something special: they call us.

We work on a NO CURE - NO FEE basis and we pay all for the websites and brochures. Only if we rent out your property for you we charge you:
For a contract length from 6 to 60 months : 1 month commission plus VAT
For a contract length up to 6 months : 1/2 month commission plus VAT
For a contract length less then 3 months : 1/3 month commission plus VAT
The minimum charge is € 300,= , plus VAT
